Description
Sources Sought Questionnaire Direct Access Electricity General Services Administration (GSA) Region 9, 50 United Nations Plaza, San Francisco, CA, is planning a follow-on contract for direct access electricity to serve accounts in the Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas & Electric service areas (UDC service areas). Offerors will be required to be registered and bonded as Electric Service Providers (ESPs) with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for each of the three utility service areas, listing: https://ia.cpuc.ca.gov/esp_lists/esp_udc.htm The purpose of this questionnaire is to help GSA determine whether there are sufficient economical small-business sources for a set-aside procurement, and whether there are sufficient economical small-business sources for a subcontracting plan. If your firm is a qualified 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or small business under NAICS 221112 (annual generation not exceeding 4 million MWH), is registered and bonded with the CPUC as an ESP, and may be interested in this requirement, we request the information below. Participation is voluntary, will not affect your ability to respond to the solicitation, and creates no obligation on the part of GSA.
