- Evaluation Criteria Statement of Work Combined Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in combination with the solicitation procedures described in FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS Change Notice 20140828. Submission of written (emailed) quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Verbal offers will not be accepted. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract without discussions with respective vendors/quoters. The anticipated period of performance of this contract incorporates a base period (12 months) and two (12-month) option periods. The tentative start date is from September 2014 through September 2015 for the base period and each subsequent, one-year Option periods may commence thereafter as required. The government also reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The Government is seeking a physical fitness facility within a one (1) mile radius of 8000 Westpark Drive McLean, Virginia. All interested vendors shall provide quotes for the following items. (See evaluation criteria for additional information). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713940 for Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers. The size standard is $7.5M. Mandatory Registrations: To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, the apparent successful quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and registrations must be current and contain no exclusions. If your Representations and Certifications are not current, go to https://www.sam.gov/ to register and update your account prior to the closing date of this RFQ. There will be no exceptions.
