- Description
- The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, will be soliciting proposals from vendors to furnish the PVAMC with TOTAL KNEE Custom Surgical Pack(s) for the period covering 9/23/14 - 9/22/15. This is an "EXACT MATCH" procurement. The requiring activity will draw down on the "blanket order" for surgical packs as needed. The quantity listed in the solicitation is for estimated use only. The actual quantity could be more or less. The estimated quantity was based on the two (2) previous year's usage. The PVAMC incorporates the "Clear Count" process into the surgical packs ** NO EXCEPTIONS**. The awarded contract will be a Fixed-Price type contract. The solicitation method will be a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. The planned posting of the forthcoming subject solicitation will be approximately 9/15/2014. Point of contact is H.
