Description

Statement of Work Procurement of lab testing services for which test results are needed on a stat or emergent basis. Contractor provides courier service for pickup and transport of specimen. Results for stat requests are routinely available within 1-2 hours of retrieval by courier service. Results for other tests are available on the same day. Results are faxed to Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service, Fargo VA Healthcare System. Testing laboratory must have College of American Pathologist accreditation. The base period covered by this statement of work is October 1, 2014- Sept. 30, 2015, with 3 additional option years.
