Description

Scope of Work for Water Conservation Project Gadsden Job Corps required Vendor Package THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WITH THE GADSDEN JOB CORPS CENTER/ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES AND NOT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Gadsden Job Corps Center is currently seeking a professional contractor to complete the following: *Replace existing plumbing fixtures with water conserving shower heads and faucets for lavatories. *Shower heads shall be rated at 1.6 gpm or less. Lavatory faucets shall use 0.5 gpm or less. Qty. 72 shower heads and 76 lavatory faucets (self-closing) *Replace existing water closets with water conserving closets. Water closets shall use 1.3 gpf or less. Dual flash water closets are preferred. Qty. 38 water closets *Quote based on working during normal business hours Mandatory Site Visit: September 23, 2014 at 9:30 am Proposal Due date: October 1, 2014 The only bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference.
