Description

This notice is to provide notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to enter into an agreement with Angiodynamics, 10 Technical Park Drive Glen Falls, NY 12801 for 1500XM RF Generator and Intelliflow Pump; to include software module, user's manual and accessories. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning the ability to provide the same product and service. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, however any firm that believes that it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Friday, September 19, 2014 12PM EST. Information should be sent to Chantel Simmons, Contract Specialist, at chantel.simmons@va.gov. The requirement was competed with no responses and bids on GSA eBuy. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received by the response date the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All question concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to chantel.simmons@va.gov.
