This is not a Request for a Quote. If you feel that your company can provide the services required, you must provide a capabilities statement detailing how. The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract (base year plus one (1) option year) with NEOPOST Mid Atlantic to maintain and repair envelope printer and inserter equipment at the Defense POW/Missing Personnel Office (DPMO), 241 18th Street South, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22202-3420. The requiring activity for this purchase is the DPMO. The proposed source is NEOPOST Mid Atlantic, 1749 Old Meadow Road, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102-4314 which is the authorized service provider in the Washington, DC metro area for the existing envelope printing and inserting equipment located in DPMO.
