Description

This procurement is being performed under FAR 13 and FAR 12. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase toll road fees on a sole source basis from the City of New York DBA MTA Bridges and Tunnel. The requirement is for a one (1) year (POP: October 1, 2014 - September 30, 2015). This is being done under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) based on the City of New York being the only provider of bridges and tunnels in the city. The applicable NAICS: 488490, business size $7.0 million. It is anticipated that a Request for Quote will be issued on or about September 18, 2014 directly to City of New York DBA MTA Bridges and Tunnel. This procurement is issued on a sole source basis. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by the Government. Place of Performance is NCISRA Earle, 201 Hwy 34 S, Bldg C-8, Colts Neck NJ 07722. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All inquires received by the closing date will be reviewed by the government. No telephone requests.
