General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NEVADA City: LAS VEGAS Delineated Area: CENTRAL BUSINESS AREA BOUNDED BY: North: Highway 93 / 95 East: 6 th Street to Fremont Street, to Eastern Avenue South: West Sahara Avenue West: Union Pacific Railroad / Hwy 15 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,225 contiguous sf on a single floor Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,686 contiguous sf on a single floor Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 5 structured, secured, controlled spaces plus parking to meet code Parking Spaces (Surface): Sufficient to meet code Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 structured, secured, controlled spaces Full Term: 10 YRS Firm Term: 5 YRS Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Must be located on the 2 nd floor or higher; column spacing must be a minimum of 25'. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, LEED, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
