Solicitation Number: FA4801-14-R-0019 Reference Number: F2E3CS4224AC01 Description: This presolicitation notice is an announcement of a requirement for the installation of a Telecommunications Management System (TMS). This acquisition will be fixed price. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This requirement is to purchase the CAIRS.Net software package to include: hardware, software, installation, data conversion, and follow on training and support. 49 CS is in need of an enterprise-level view of communications and data systems, which will improve information flow inside and outside of the organization and allows for more efficient operations by automating service administration, tracking network connections, detecting system errors and malfunctions, controlling network inventory assignments and configuration, monitoring traffic, and performing billing functions - all within a secure network environment. All hardware and software installations shall be at the latest JITC certified or approved test version. IMPORTANT NOTICES: This is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement. This acquisition will be competed full and open. All offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) which is a Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and the Excluded Parties Listing System (EPLS) at the website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. You are required to create a user account to register and/or update your entity records (i.e., Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNs number, etc.) in SAM which were previously located in separate CCR and ORCA websites. This information is necessary in order to receive award consideration.
