Description

Justification and Approval Document, J&A 14-56 The Network Support Services effort provides network control center, information assurance program, network configuration management, consolidated Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Help Desk services. The incumbent will provide technology refresher for all IT equipment for Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB), Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), and other personnel assigned to Fort MacArthur, Aerospace complex, D10, S30, Center (SMC), and nine remote Operating Locations (OL). Also, the incumbent will continue to provide direct support for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Data Center and Satellite Data Analyses Center, Infrared Space Systems (IS) Scientific Engineering Research Facility (SERF), and Contracting (PK) ConWrite and the medical squadron's unique applications.
