- ** SPECIAL NOTICE This Mission and installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX (MICC Fort Bliss) intents to award a sole source purchase order for RS Means licensing network version of Cost Works 2014 to RS Means Company, LLC 700 Longwater Dr Norwell, MA, 02061. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the propose terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 511210 and the SBA standard size is $35.5 Million. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition base on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the MICC Fort Bliss. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submission and oral communication are not acceptable in response to this notice.
