- Map of Delineated Area General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest for the following space: State: West Virginia City: Parkersburg Delineated Area: Parkersburg CBD (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,691 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,125 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved spaces and meet local code for public visitors and handicap accessible spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Reserved spaces Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 2 Renewal Options, Each for Additional 5 Years Additional Requirements: Proposed premises must be contiguous, on one floor. Street level is preferred. If public transportation is provided by the municipality with the Delineated Area, then it shall be available within the equivalent of two city blocks of the proposed space. The public transportation must service this location on an hourly basis (minimum) from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. Daytime custodial services will be required. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. Space offered should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts, the use of modular furniture, and office work flow. Columns shall be at least 20' from any wall and each other and shall be no more than 2' square. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8 inch scale drawing or AutoCAD of space offered, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. This Presolicitation Notice does not address requirements in their entirety. Successful bid will need to meet all requirements as detailed within the Request for Lease Proposals/Lease specifications.
