Description

The project consists of the work to include outfitting building alternations to the IARC OTE Building. This work includes new power, networking, and air distribution at or below existing raised access floor systems, new, alternations, and/or relocation of electric panels and transformers, lighting and controls, fire protection systems, and HVAC modifications on the 4rd floor, and alternations for guardrail infill at Terrace and CDF Bridge, preparation of the specified submittals, as well as acceptance testing of the completed system including documentation, all in accordance with the attached solicitation documents. INTERESTED PARTIES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A FIFTY (50) MILE RADIUS OF THE LABORATORY.
