Description

The purpose of this amendment is to correct errors found in the Statement of Work of solicitation VA262-14-Q-1386. The SPS System Requirements (Page 18 of solicitation) will now reflect the following: SPS SYSTEM: Monthly Requirements 1. R.O. Product Water test on TDS & Conductivity / Hardness / PH / Chloramine, Free Chlorine residual / product flow, reject, re-circulate rate, and percent rejection on Reverse Osmosis unit. 2. AAMI Standards Water for the reprocessing of medical devices. Water will be tested for all AAMI contaminants listed in Table 3. If test results show contaminate or microbiologic levels are at or above action levels prescribed in Table 3, then remediation and retesting will be carried out until two consecutive test results within standard range are returned. The water samples are to be collected by Contractor in accordance to AAMI standards and shipped to lab contracted by contractor. These samples include. a. Sample collected by Contractor immediately downstream of water treatment process. Quarterly Service Requirements 1.Replacement of 20" 5micron 2.5" X 20" Pre filter 2.Replace 2- 3.6 CF Mixed Bed DI Tanks Semiannual Service Requirement 1.Replacement of 2.5" x 20" x 0.2 micron Post filter All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
