- The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary to perform installation of two (2) PVC tension membrane exterior coverings on existing metal frame buildings originally manufactured and installed by Rubb Buildings Systems located at Incirlik AB. Sources Sought for Incirlik AB, Turkey Purchase And Install covers for Rubbs Buildings DECA information "Due to an established economic agreement between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the U.S. Air Force intends to award any possible future requirement associated with this sources sought to a business concern within the country of Turkey, as required by the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement, supplementary Agreement 3, Article VI. If it is discovered that the U.S. Air Force is not able to make an award to a business concern within the country of Turkey, it reserves the right to make award to a business concern that is not within the country of Turkey." Business concerns not within the country of Turkey should be aware of challenges associated with doing business in the Republic of Turkey. Information Sought The 39th Contracting Office is seeking information on companies in the country of Turkey that can provide purchase and installation of two(2) PVC tension membrane exterior coverings on existing metal frame buildings originally manufactured and installed by Rubb Buildings Systems located at Incirlik AB for the 39th Civil Engineering Squadron at Incirlik AB, Turkey (Adana). Contractors must be capable of providing and delivering these items to a predetermined address located within the confines of Incirlik AB. I. There is no formal solicitation document for this requirement at this time. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing Item 0001 - Purchase & Install (2) covers for Rubbs Buildings per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please include in your responses to this Sources Sought the following information: - The name of your business and the DUNs number - A capability statement of your company's ability to provide the requested items and estimated delivery times from the date of any order - Product information if the vendor proposes an or equal item - A point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address At this point the 39th Contracting Squadron is performing market research to determine interested parties that are capable of providing these items.
