- Questions and Answers The purpose of this modification is to provided questions and answers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 333111, with a size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation number GFEBS0010512350 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 effective 25 Aug 2014. The Government intends to award one, firm fixed price award for a Specialized Farm-Type Tractor with a Specialized mulching head (Cedar Eater) at Camp Bullis, Texas.
