This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to ANCOM Communications, 1800 East Cliff Road, Suite 17A. Burnsville, MN 55337 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Police Motorola Dispatch & Radio Systems for the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
