AMENDMENT 1- SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: AMENDMENT 1 RFQ, DIRECTIONS TO SITE, AERIAL VIEW OF SITE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being advertised as a set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business (FAR 52.219-3). quote mark HUBZone small business concern, quote mark as used in this clause, means a small business concern that appears on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration. Offers are solicited only from HUBZone small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered. The NAICS code is 423210 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is 100 employees. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) has a requirement for office furniture in support of the Tactical Unmanned Aerial System Facility. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contract clauses 52.211-6 quote mark Brand Name or Equal quote mark applies. Contractor should include any descriptive data, illustrations, colored pictures, specifications and /or drawings of the product being quoted for technical evaluation. Product must be new and meet the salient physical, functional and any performance characteristics as described in the RFQ. quote mark Best value quote mark to the government will be determined in accordance with FAR 8.405-1( c ) (3), with emphasis on the product specification, contractor's past performance, teaming agreements (consolidation of multiple manufacturers under a single delivery order), quote mark green quote mark consideration, delivery schedule, terms and price.
