- Attachment 3 - Office of Federal Contract Compliance Form Attachment 2 - Past Performance Matrix Attachment 1 Statement of Work SF1449 RFP DJF-14-0700-P-0010393 PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) DJF-14-0700-P-0010393 to establish a single award, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to manufacture and supply custom tool trucks. The term of the resulting IDIQ contract shall be five (5) years from the effective date of the IDIQ contract. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15. See attachments to this notice for descriptions/specifications/work statement, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, etc. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 336120 -- Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing; the size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The intent is to award an IDIQ using a best value tradeoff source selection. All proposals must be made inclusive of all of the equipment exactly as noted in the statement of work. A proposal for the chassis or the conversion alone will not be accepted and no exceptions will be permitted without prior written approval. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15. See attachments to this notice for descriptions/specifications/work statement, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, etc. All questions concerning this RFP must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer electronically at Lynda.Theisen@ic.fbi.gov by 10:00am Eastern on September 16, 2014. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Questions and Answers will be posted NLT September 18, 2014 via an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on September 24, 2014. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with responding to this solicitation.
