Description

Questions and Answers This is the revised PWS. This supersedes the original PWS dated 11 July 2014. This is the BASH Plan for Cannon AFB Amendment 1: A change was made to PWS para 1.4. It has changed from "The contractor shall provide appropriate equipment (cellular phone with local service and VHF transceiver)" to The contractor shall provide appropriate equipment (cellular phone with local service)". A change was made to section 3.1.1. It has changed from "One government-owned transceiver for communication witht he Control Tower and Base Operations to supplement the contractor provided VHF transceiver and provide UHF communications capability." to "One government-owned transceiver for communication witht he Control Tower and Base Operations and provide UHF communications capability." A change was made to section 4.2.6 of the PWS. It has changed from "Each employee shall have a favorable security/background check for all 50 states" to "Each employee shall have a favorable security/background check." The Cannon AFB BASH Plan was also added as an attachment. The original FBO posting had a response date of 18 September 2014 and the RFP had a response date of 16 September 2014. The FBO posting response date has been changed from 18 September 2014 to 16 September 2014 as the RFP response date is the correct response date. And that response date is reflected in this new post.
