Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO8 VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with DORNIER MEDTECH AMERICA INC 1155 ROBERTS BLVDKENNESAW, GA 30144, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is for the procurement of services to provide maintenance and repair services for the Holmium laser hardware and software, Model KFS-25-MED, Serial #: 3006-1-344,VAPM 6517-2462, Equipment located at: OPERATING ROOM. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by Sept 12, 2014 10:00AM Caribbean/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
