Description

Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA248-14-Q-2002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This is a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with PL 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006'. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339113, Size Standard is 500 employees. The Orlando VA Medical Center is currently in need of replacement Synthes cannulated screws sets and extraction sets. This RFQ is for new equipment. See attached RFQ.
