- Estimated issue date September 23, 2014 and estimated closing/response date October 23, 2014 Purchase Request#: FD2030-14-01952 RFP#: SPRTA1-14-Q-0349 Nomenclature/Noun : Electrical Indicator for the F-16 Aircraft, NSN 6620-01-321-6819, with Part Number 15176-1. AMC: 3C History: Last procurement was on January 26, 2007 under order number FA8103-D-0035-0005, for 1 each, from Flightline Electronics, Inc. L/I 0001 -quantity is 8; L/I 0002 - 3; L/I 0003 - 1 Lot Counterfeit Prevention Program. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 7.0000 inches, Height 2.5000 inches, Width 2.5000 inches, Weight 2.5000 (LB). Item Function: Displays the revolution per minute of the engine shaft in term of RPM percent (Scale 0 to 110%). Currently Flightline Electronics, Inc. is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-Aside.16VF003 is a specification control. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. 16ZF003 is the specification for three tachs but lacks correct part number and cage clarification. Lockheed martin is the source approving activity for the Type 111 Tachs. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
