Description

The Veterans Health Administration at American Lake, Tacoma, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide Level One Sleep Study Scoring. Services shall be provided to veteran beneficiaries of Puget Sound Health Care System (PSHCS), American Lake sleep lab. The Government intends to award a single contract. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work in the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is 10/1/2014 through September 30, 2015 with two (2) option years. This solicitation will result in a requirements-type firm fixed-price contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA260-14-Q-1211. The applicable NAICS code is 621511 and the small business size standard is $30 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The estimated issue date is 9/10/2014 and the anticipated closing date is 10/16/2015 at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time.
