- Please fill out attached document in entirety. 35 th Contracting Squadron USAF Misawa Air Base, Japan Unit 5201, APO AP 96319-5201 Bldg. 656 ATTN:2Lt Erin Conley (08 September 2014) Request for Quotation/Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation number is FA5205-14-Q-EC11.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-76, DPN 20140805, and AFAC 2014-0421 effective 21 Apr 2014. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 331222. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3315.
