- Brand Name Justification RFQ NMFS AKR-14-0906 to supply Netapp 3220HA support in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) Alaska Region with Netapp 3220HA support in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-14-0906 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811212 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
