Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision, in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, to provide EWSL/Lithotripsy and/or Holmium Laser services and technical support for Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 20 at PSHCS on as needed basis. -This requirement is for a contractor to provide rental of an ESWL machine and a certified technician to run the equipment and provide technical support during the procedure. We require this on an approximately monthly basis. -This requirement is for a contractor to provide rental of holmium laser machine (80 Watt holmium laser system equipment) to include supply of micron laser fibers (e.g., size 1000, 550, 365, and 200 as required per surgical case) and a certified laser technician.
