Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition under the authority of 41 U.S.C § 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for an existing lease for the Cleveland Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Cleveland, Wisconsin. Requirement State: Wisconsin City: Cleveland Rentable SF: 8,324 Space Type: Clinical All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The intended lease is to be awarded by 12/31/2014. Term, lease term will be 10 years, 5 years firm with termination rights after the firm term.
