- The 900th Contingency Contracting Battalion (CCBn)-Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue solicitation W91247-14-T-RB07for a requirement to install a wall mounted metal personnel ladder and build a platform (Catwalk) from the ladder to AC unit (approximately 60') on top of existing metal beams and concrete walls, located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the requirements of the Statement of Work. The requirement will be set-aside for HUBzone small businesses, under NAICS Code 236220, with a size standard of $36.5 Million. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-14-T-RB07 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award management (JUL 2013). Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The Government anticipates posting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 10 September 2014.
