Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR VA258-14-Q-0675. The solicitation is intended to be issued on or about 19 Sept. 2014 and will remain open for approximately 30 days. The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is procuring non-personal services to provide Thoracic Clinical and Surgical Services to Operate the Thoracic Clinic and perform required surgical services for eligible veteran beneficiaries. This will be 100% small business set-aside which includes all socio-economic groups in order to qualify. In order to be eligible for award, firms shall be registered and verified in the following website https://www.sam.gov. The NAICS Code is 621111 (Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists)). The small business size standard for 621111 is $11.0M. The contract duration will be for a period of 5 years (one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year options) from the date of contract award. VA reserves the right to award multiple contracts. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. No bidder list is maintained. All potential offerors should register with Federal Business Opportunities as well as the VA Vendor Portal https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov/eVP if interested in this acquisition.
