- Statement of Work THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY This is a market survey for planning purposes only and no award will be made as a result of this Request For Information (RFI) to identify interested sources. Funding is not available at this time. Submitting your company information does not bind the Air Force for any future solicitations or contracts resulting from this RFI. Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV requests capability statements from companies for the purpose of identifying potential sources for a non-personal services contract to provide Off-Base Record Storage Service. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, security, and location necessary to store and protect (to defend or guard from, loss, etc.; cover or shield from damage) Diagnostic Imaging and clinical laboratory records and films. Delivery and pickup must be coordinated with COR and contractor will remain on site after pick up has been accomplished and verified and released by COR. Company must comply with HIPAA, support Joint Commission directives, policies and Privacy act of 1974 guidelines required in support of a medical treatment facility on the treatment and processing of personal patient information. The findings from this Market Research effort may impact any future solicitations related to this requirement. This RFI for Sources Sought is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, and the Government is not requesting offers or proposals at this time. Responses to this Request for Information will not form a binding contract. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents. The Government is also requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings or information not be used in response to this RFI. The contemplated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 (Size Standard: $14.0M). The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed priced contract with a base year plus two one-year option periods. Interested parties should send their company/service capabilities information electronically no later than 12:00pm PST, Wednesday 10 September 2014 via e-mail to james.eustace.2@us.af.mil.
