- J&A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - The 124th Contracting Office at Gowen Field ID intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order to Engility Advanced Technologies Department (Engility-ATD) Inc. for the procurement of one Joint Range Extension (JRE) Systems # 697 help desk technical support. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. less than br greater than This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the notice.
