- Example Data sheets Casework-Plans and elevations Request for Quote Performance Work Statement 28th Contracting Squadron: 1000 Ellsworth Dr. Suite 1200 Ellsworth AFB, SD 57710 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: Provide cabinets, provide and install counter tops in accordance with the attached PWS, Plans, and data sheet. "Or equal" items will be accepted. (1 Lot) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ B-FY14-CES-Dorm-Kitchen-Upgrade-RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7 to be eligible for award. This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 337110 with a 500 Employee size standard applied to this procurement. Submittal of "Or Equal" items is allowed under this solicitation. When quoting an "or equal" item, offeror must submit all descriptive literature, specifications, catalogs, etc., along with their quotation, necessary to meet the requirements of this solicitation to be eligible for award. Delivery and acceptance will be made at Borglum and Rushmore dormitories, with all material delivered and installation of countertops completed within 90 calendar days from notification of award. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring www.FBO.gov frequently for any amendments to any and all documents. All quotes must be submitted via email to tanner.meyer@us.af.mil. The proposed closing date for the response is 12 September 2014, 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST). All contractors must return the completed Request for Quote, Attachment 2. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be issued. A site visit will be conducted on Monday, 8 September 2014 at 1000 hrs MST. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal, however, if you wish to attend contact SrA Meyer (listed below) no later than 1600 MST on Friday 5 September 2014, if you wish to attend so arrangements can be made for installation access.
