- NSWC Corona, Code MS30 requires multiple test equipment standards to be utilized in the Measurement Science Electronics Lab. These standards will be used in bench testing Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICPs) that will be fielded to fleet naval personnel. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Boonton. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to William.t.dudley@navy.mil or by phone at 951-393-4973. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. 2.0 BACKGROUND NSWC, Corona, Code PA30 has a requirement to perform analysis and assessment using large data sets. The MATLAB software is used to read in this large data sets and plot/manipulate/display it in such a way that is currently unavailable with any other tool/software.
