Description

FLC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intents to acquired supplies from Measurement Technology Northwest (NTNW), in support of the Navy Clothing Textile and Research Facility (NCTRF) located in Natick MA, for the procurement of services to Repair Nemo ™s Manikin Right Upper Arm ™s Heater, replace faulty temperature sensors, check/repair leaks in Nemo Manikin, tighten Bo manikin ™s torso, arms, and check heaters. This purchase will be process under simplified acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5). The anticipated award date is 29 September 2014; this notice is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
