Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. This is a brand name or equal solicitation. See attached for solicitation requirements. The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value in terms of technical capability and price. All non-price factors are significantly more important than price. Quotes are due on September 10, 2014 12:00 PM EST. Submit quotes or any questions to the attention of Keith Costantino via email to: keith.costantino@va.gov. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement.
