HAAS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION PWS REVISION THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED TO REFLECT A REVISED PWS DATED 12 AUG 14. THE CHANGE REFLECTED IS IN PARAGRAPH 1.1 WHERE THE WARRANTY LANGUAGE WAS REMOVED. This is a one-time Test Teardown and Evaluate (TT&E) and Repair of the Haas EC1600 Milling Machine. THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED TO REFLECT A REVISED PWS DATED 12 AUG 14. THE CHANGE REFLECTED IS IN PARAGRAPH 1.1 WHERE THE WARRANTY LANGUAGE WAS REMOVED. REVISED PWS IS INCORPORATED IN THIS AMENDMENT. The following items are applicable to this modification: AMENDMENT FIRST: Revise the acquisition set-aside as follows: FROM: 100% Small Business Set-aside TO: Unrestricted Full & Open Competition (No Preference) SECOND: Revise the estimated period of performance to reflect the following: FROM: 02 Sep 2014 -01 Dec 2015 TO: 22 Oct 2014 -22 Apr 2015 THIRD: Remove FAR provisions: 52-219-1 "Small Business Program Representations" 52.215-5 "Facsimile Proposal".
