Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Chief Information Officer (CIO)\Network Management Group (NMG) supports the agency mission by managing and operating the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) IT infrastructure and seeks to provide renewal licenses for staff that have a current or projected need for the Microsoft Premier Foundation Support application. It is the intention of this agency to award a firm-fixed price agreement under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule Program to Microsoft Corporation. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for action is 511210 - Software Publishers. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVIATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
