Ft. (ABOA):11,288 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):11,288 Space Type:Office (11,288 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total):40 Parking Spaces (Surface):40 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:120 Firm Term:36 Soft Term:84 Option 1 Term:0 Option 2 Term:0 Additional Requirements:None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (11,288 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in Glendale, CO. The current lease will be expiring 31 Aug 2015 or upon signing a succeeding lease. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
