- Purchase new transceivers and antennas, repair/tune existing transceivers, install/test/calibrate new and existing equipment to bring to fully operational, and provide Train the Trainer training to selected personnel. To be negotiated on a Sole Source basis for MICOM products (tranceivers and tuners) per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Sole Source is based on continuity and compatibility of existing equipment already in place. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO web site: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO web site.
