- DRAFT CDRL A005 Scientific and Technical Report DRAFT CDRL A004 Conference Minutes DRAFT CDRL A003 Presentation Material DRAFT CDRL A002 Miscellaneous Reports DRAFT CDRL A001 Progress Status and Management Report Attachment II – DRAFT RFQ CLIN Structure Attachment I – DRAFT PWS DRAFT RFQ This is a DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the government's intention to award this requirement using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) and is being solicited as Full and Open. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Prospective offerors must be SAM registered. The Government is expecting to make an award on or before 30 September 2014. The final RFQ is expected to be posted on or around 12 September 2014.
