- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following parking spaces: State: CA City: San Francisco Delineated Area: Must be within 3 blocks from 630 Sansome Street, San Francisco, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Spaces, Structured Reserved, Fenced-In Parking Spaces (Total): 84 approximately Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured, Reserved, Secured, Fenced-In): 84 approximately Full Term: 1 year Firm Term: 9 months Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Parking spaces must be structured, reserved, secured, fenced-in, along with accommodating large vans Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
