Introduction: Full Service Dental Laboratory for Lebanon VA Medical Center The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to search for qualified vendors capable of providing a full service Dental Laboratory to include denture, crown and bridge services for the Lebanon Veterans Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon PA, 17042. This sources sought is for market research purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotations, or a Request for Proposal. Do not submit a proposal or quote. This market research is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this sources sought. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. Any contract that might be awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be the outcome of a competitive process. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. 1.Additional Die for Crown and Bridge 2.Finishes; full or partial; upper or lower 3.Denture I.D. 4.Relines, upper or lower 5.Rebases; full or partial; upper or lower 6.Bite Blocks and Trays 7.Chair side service upon request 8.3-5 day turnaround for reline and rebases (this includes the pickup and delivery times) 9.Pickup and delivery charges are included in the service All responders to this sources sought shall include the following: 1.Name of Company 2.GSA schedule contract # (If applicable) 3.Size category 4.Whether or not products are available on a GSA contract or an open market Item 5.Demonstrate the capability to install and integrate equipment within the new system All responses shall be sent to Elizabeth.paughl@va.gov ATT: Full Service Dental Laboratory, failure to include subject line could be missed as a response to this Sources Sought.
