Description

The Department of Veterans Affair, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, (CTVHCS) Temple, TX intends to award a Sole Source procurement to Therapeutic Research Center, Llc, 3120 W March LN FL, Stockton, CA 95219-2368., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to provide simultaneous searchable formatted on line reference materials and full text medical journals in searchable format. The contractor shall provide access to a web-based subscription to the Pharmacist's Letter for all CTVHCS pharmacist for a base year plus four (4) option years. The requirement is for an online multi-user subscription to Pharmacist's Letter for the use of CTVHCS pharmacy staff. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation document is available, interested parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 9/8/2014 at 4:00PM. Responses should be sent to Eugene.hanley@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 519130 and the small business size standard for this NAICS Code is 500 Employees.
