- Description
- The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to address a question that wwas received from an interested vendor. Q: What exactly do you mean by prevention of cross contamination between CMOS and non-CMOS wafer? A: There are at least a few methods for preventing cross contamination between wafers. Government's expectation is that each vendor has some method for this which may or may not be effective. This is why Governmnent requests for data to verify that the cross contamination is not an issue with whatever method is chosen. The Government's preference is not for a particular method, but that the method be effective, whatever it is. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
