Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Department, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Facsimile Equipment for the Navy Personnel Command, Millington, TN. Manufacturers include: Canon, Panasonic, Brother, and Ricoh. A list of machines will be provided in the RFQ. The period of performance consists of a base year (01 OCT 2014 - 30 SEP 2014) plus (4) 1-year option periods. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 05 SEP 14 by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website as follows: https://www.fbo.gov. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is J075. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213; the Business Standard Size is $11.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
