Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a purchase agreement with Flow Tech Inc. 10 Bidwell Road, So Windsor CT 06074, to furnish and install 4 air monitor sentry room pressure monitors for the rooms on the 3rd floor I R areas if the VA medical center West Haven Campus. This agreement is a onetime purchase of services for 1 job. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capability to provide the services and product. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Monday September 9, 2014 12pm EST. Information should be sent to Chantel Simmons Contract Specialist at chantel.simmons@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The requirement has been placed on EBuy and has received no bids and no offers. If no responses are received by the response date the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to chantel.simmons@va.gov.
