- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 ) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ScriptPro USA Inc. for monthly support services to include system software updates and upgrades for the ScriptPro prescription dispensing system in use at VISN 15 facilities: Robert J Dole VAMC, Wichita, KS; Colmery-O'Neill VAMC, Topeka, KS; Dwight D. Eisenhower VAMC, Leavenworth, KS, Kansas City VAMC, Kansas City, MO; Harry S. Truman Memorial Hospital, Columbia, MO, John J. Pershing VAMC, Poplar Bluff, MO, Jefferson Barracks VAMC, St Louis, MO, John Cochran VAMC, St Louis, MO, Marion VAMC, Marion, IL, Evansville Health Care Center, Evansville, IN. Manufacturer of the dispensing system is ScriptPro. ScriptPro is the only FSS vendor capable of providing updates and upgrades to their dispensing equipment software. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 13:00 (CDT) September 9, 2014. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, NCO 15, 3450 South 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66205, via fax to (913) 946-1998 or by email to mark.edzards@va.gov. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, NCO 15 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with ScriptPro USA Inc.
