- This special notice is for a Broad Agency Announement for 3D Elevation Program: Attached are documents which contain full details of this special notice. - Broad Agency Announcement for 3D Elevation Program Overview - Attachment A - 3D Elevation Program: Areas of Highest Benefit from the National Enhanced Elevation Assessment - Attachment B - Priority Areas for Lidar Acquisition FY15 and Status of 3DEP Data Acquisition - Attachment C - Past Performance Information Request Pre-proposals must be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at vfloyd@usgs.gov by 5:00 pm ET on August 15, 2014. The e-mail subject line should contain the following: BAA Number G14PS00574 - Pre-Proposal. AMENDMENT 1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The due date for Stage 1 Pre-Proposals is hereby extended from 5PM ET Friday, August 15, 2014 to 5PM ET September 5, 2014. 2. The due date for Stage 2 Proposals is hereby extended from 5PM ET Friday, September 26, 2014 to 5PM ET October 17, 2014. 3. Answers to questions received and other associated documents requested during the Q&A period will be posted in an upcoming amendment to the BAA as soon as available. 4. In the event posting of relevant documentation (such as the Q&A) is delayed, due dates of Stage 1 Pre-Proposals and Stage 2 Proposals will be extended accordingly. End of Amendment 1 AMENDMENT 2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The due date for Stage 1 Pre-Proposals is hereby extended from 5PM ET Friday, September 5, 2014 to 5PM ET Friday, September 19, 2014. 2. The due date for Stage 2 Proposals is hereby extended from 5PM ET Friday, September 26, 2014 to 5PM ET Friday, October 31, 2014. 3. Answers to questions received and other associated documents requested during the Q&A period will be posted in an upcoming amendment to the BAA as soon as available. 4.
